At Chilly's, we want you to love your home essentials; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused condition.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
